CHRIS ADAMSON (C.J.A)
Chris Adamson (C.J.A.) is a Los Angeles-based writer whose literary nonfiction, poetry, and criticism have appeared in numerous publications including ZYZZYVA, Denver Quarterly, Southwest Review, The Iowa Review, Columbia Journal, The Seattle Review, Boston Review, Prelude, and West Branch. Chris’s manuscript Some Instinctive Need of Distance and Blue was a finalist for the 2020 National Poetry Series Open Competition. Chris holds an MFA in poetry from Vanderbilt University and graduated with honors from both the creative writing and journalism programs at Northwestern University. A PhD candidate in Creative Writing and Literature at the University of Southern California, Chris is currently at work on a collection of poems and a book about love.
