Cara Benson is the recipient of a New York Foundation for the Arts Fellowship and the bpNichol Award. She holds an MFA in Creative Writing from Goddard College. Her writing has been published in The New York Times, Boston Review, Electric Literature, Fence, Entropy, Hobart, The Brooklyn Rail, 3:AM, and elsewhere. Her work has been selected for Best American Poetry and anthologized in InFiltration: An Anthology of Innovative Writing from the Hudson River Valley. Her first book, the hybrid collection (made), was published by Toronto independent press Book*hug. She lives in a church in rural New York State.
